I was using the site and it do work, but it feels kind of clunky at times. Sometimes I had trouble finding the checkout, which was a little annoying

I was trying to order glasses, but putting in my prescription was way more confusing than I expected. Some of the fields weren’t very clear, so I kept having to double-check which numbers went where. I also ended up contacting support and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more annoying. The site itself is fine, but the prescription step definitely needs to be easier and more forgiving if you make a small mistake.

I ordered a pair from glassusa.com and overall the process was fine. The glasses showed up in decent shape and after wearing them for a bit, I started getting used to them, though I did have to make a small adjustment period. The styles and ordering steps were straightforward for the most part. The only thing that kind of threw me off was the pupillary distance measurement. The tool did work, but I wasn’t completely confident I was doing it right, so I kept second-guessing myself. Not a bad experience, just think that part could be explained a little more clearly.

They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated because I never had to sit around wondering what was going on. It was all easy and straightforward. Weirdly, I remember there was this tiny squeaky door near the front that I noticed every time, but other than that, everything went smoothly

The glasses arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. But the shipping felt slower than it probably should’ve been, and the tracking barely updated, which made it a little frustrating. Not the worst experience, but it definitely didn’t feel very quick or well-communicated.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size glass, my first reaction was that sinking feeling like, “Great, now this is going to turn into a whole mess.” I was already annoyed at myself and expected the exchange to be stressful.
But when I reached out to Glass America, they got back to me quickly and made the whole thing feel manageable. They explained what they needed, helped me order the correct size, and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I really appreciated.
The replacement arrived packed really well and fit exactly like it was supposed to. I went from feeling frustrated and worried to feeling genuinely relieved, so I’m happy with how they handled it. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I reached out to support and they answered quickly, which was a nice surprise. The issue itself was kind of ridiculous, but they helped me enough to get it sorted out without much hassle.

Everything inside was snug. No rattling around or loose pieces. The case had extra protection around it, and the lenses were clean. No scratches, nothing weird.
The packaging wasn’t fancy or over the top. Just neat, secure, and doing its job. Exactly what I wanted. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from glassusa and, to be fair, they shipped it out when they said they would. The tracking worked the whole time too, which I always appreciate because I think companies should be upfront about where your order is. It wasn’t the fastest delivery I’ve ever had, but it also wasn’t late, so I don’t feel right knocking them too hard for that. Everything was packaged well and nothing showed up damaged. Overall, I’d say 4 stars, reliable and honest, just not super quick.

I had to send my glasses back the return process was smoother than I thought it would be. Support got back to me fast, sent over the label, and the refund showed up after a few days. I was pleasantly surprised, though also kind of annoyed I had to deal with it in the first place. Not flawless, but yeah, it worked out fine.

My order arrived exactly when they said it would, the box looked like it had been carried over on a pillow or something. The glasses were packed really well with no scratches, bends, or weird damage anywhere. I was a little nervous about how they’d handle shipping, but everything showed up in great shape. Ordering on glassusa.com was easy overall. The pages loaded fine, and I liked that I could see the price, shipping, and my prescription details all before I paid. That part felt clear, straightforward.
The only thing that threw me off a little was the coupon box. It was a bit confusing, and I did have to refresh the page once, but it still went through without much hassle. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Prescription check took longer than I expected"
I ordered from glassusa.com and, to be fair, the frames were actually nice. I’m just not totally sure why the prescription verification took as long as it did. I thought I had uploaded everything they needed, but then they came back asking for extra info, which pushed my order back by a few days.
Customer service did get back to me eventually, so I’ll give them that, though it wasn’t exactly quick. The glasses did arrive with the right prescription in the end, which is obviously the most important part. Overall, it was okay, maybe even decent, but I feel like the whole process could be a lot smoother.
